This term in Primary 7 we will be studying the following topics:
Numeracy:
- Place Value
- Written addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Data handling
- 2d and 3d shapes
- Triangles
- Symmetry
- Angles
- Area, Perimeter and Volume
- 12 and 24 hour time.
Literacy:
- Our writing focus will be on persuasive writing
- General punctuation including commas and speech marks
- Understanding during guided reading
World Around Us:
- Our World Around Us focus will be Money Matters. During this topic we will carry out a range of ICT, science, geography and history lessons.
PDMU:
- Our PDMU word of the month is Resilience
